Cardoon Restaurant Dunfermline

Dunfermline restaurants offer an extensive variety of cuisines in a wide selection of styles. Cardoon at Best Western Keavil House offers a varied menu of light dishes to modern Scottish dishes using locally sourced, quality food, which is served in a relaxed and stylish setting.

With so many restaurants in Dunfermline to choose from, why not choose the area's favourite place to eat? In Cardoon you will experience mouth-watering food and excellent service in a relaxing ambience - we are sure you will not be disappointed.

With a traditional but simple design, rich colours and a bright, airy conservatory overlooking our peaceful garden, which even grows the plant after which the restaurant is named. Cardoon is certainly not in the style of a conventional hotel restaurant.

Our Head Chef, Phil Yates and his team prepare a wide choice of food from simple, light dishes such as Parma ham and asparagus bruchetta with a tarragon butter sauce to modern Scottish dishes such as Canon of lamb with an Arran mustard and pine kernel crust and minted baby pear soufflé potato.
