Looking for a gym in Dunfermline? - The Picture of Health Club has a fully air-conditioned gym providing our members with the very latest high quality cardiovascular, resistance gym equipment and weights.
On your first visit to the gym you will be given a full induction on how to use the equipment correctly by one of our qualified instructors who will also arrange a fitness assessment which can be used to create a programme that will be tailored to your own specific needs to achieve all your personal health and fitness goals.
An extensive range of classes are also available in the gym, ranging from circuits to body conditioning for all fitness levels.
In addition to this, one to one training is also available and there will always be an instructor on hand to advise you and answer any questions that you may have.
