Best Western Large Hotel of the Year
On 9th February 2010, Keavil House Hotel was awarded the Best Western Large Hotel of the Year Award at the Annual Members Conference in Cardiff. This is awarded to the hotel with the highest quality and customer service score. (11/2/10)
AA awards hotel 4 Rating
The Automobile Association has awarded Best Western Keavil House Hotel a 4 Star Hotel rating after being assessed Quality (cleanliness, service, bedrooms, bathrooms and food) and Provision of Services and Facilities.(19/03/09)
Elgin Suite Renovation
The Elgin Suite has been fully renovated and redesigned to make it the area's best wedding, conference and banqueting venue. (11/2/10)
Woodland Walk
In co-operation with a local community group a woodland walk is being constructed in the hotel grounds which will be open from April 2009. Adjacent to King George V park, the path will help connect the north and south halves of the village and will be suitable for disabled users. The adjacent woods will be planted out during the Autumn 2009 with Spring flowering bulbs. (3/3/09)
