Phil Yates is Head Chef of Keavil House Hotel and manages the kitchen team of our Botanist Restaurant.
Phil brings a wealth of experience to the cooking at Keavil House Hotel and has been serving up award winning dishes for over 20 years. Phil cooks with fresh local produce from Fife and Scotland and believes few places have a better natural larder than the farms, hills, seas and rivers of Scotland.

Our all-day menu changes every season and always offers a carefully chosen selection of classic dishes in addition to sandwiches, burgers, salads and the very best 28 day aged steaks. We offer everything from the best gourmet burgers to classic dishes and our weekend lunch menu always offers a traditional roast.
