Our hugely experienced and dedicated team of wedding co-ordinators will help you plan your wedding day so that you can relax and enjoy your dream wedding. We're licensed to hold civil weddings, religious weddings and civil partnership ceremonies in our suites holding from 20 to 250 guests.

Keavil House Hotel enjoys an excellent reputation for the high quality of its wedding celebrations; a reputation earned from many years of providing professional, individual and special wedding days and memories.

The hotel is situated in 12 acres of extensive landscaped gardens which provide the perfect backdrop for wedding photography and of course drinks on the lawns.

Your service is unique and can be small and intimate in one of our private dining rooms or, on a grander scale, in one of our stunning wedding suites. It’s even possible to hold your ceremony outside in our beautiful, secluded gardens.

Whatever you decide, our wedding co-ordinators will help with every detail enabling you to relax.

Elgin Suite

The Elgin Suite, with its large arched window and doors opening onto landscaped gardens, offers a large exquisite banqueting venue for up to 250 guests. Its sumptuous silver and grey decor, sparkling mirrors and marquee style roofing make the atmosphere unique. Our specialist lighting also allows you to create a themed setting for your day.

The suite is self-contained with a private foyer which is ideal for your drinks reception. The adjacent Carnegie Room is always kept free so that those holding an event in the Elgin Suite can use this area for the wedding ceremony, children’s area or simply extra space for guests to relax.

Carnegie Room

Directly adjacent to the Elgin Suite the Carnegie Room can be used in conjunction with the larger Elgin Suite or on its own for a small wedding ceremony or wedding breakfast.

Mountbatten Suite

The Mountbatten Suite is a wonderfully elegant room offering a fresh, contemporary decor, its own bar area, a 10m x 4.5meter dance floor, PA system and a space for staging. It’s ideal for catering for up to 120 guests. During the day, the suite is flooded with natural light and has doors opening out onto landscaped gardens.

Wedgwood Room

This jewel of a room is on the first floor of the hotel and delights its guests with sumptuous wood panelling, ornate plaster cornicing and an ornate fireplace. Flooded by natural daylight, the Wedgewood Room is perfect for up to 30 guests for an intimate wedding ceremony.
